Our Personal Anti-Cancer Protocol

Diet and lifestyle are a huge part of staying healthy and cancer free. We have always advocated for whole, healthy, organic foods over processed foods. A processed food is anything that comes in a package and has more than one ingredient. We also avoid designer vitamins and supplements (i.e., if you have seen an instagram ad for it, we’re probably not gonna buy it :) - and choose to buy products that have been around for a long time, have high quality ingredients and mineral forms that are most absorbable by the body. In general, we take supplements to stay healthy but specific supplements such as calcium, magnesium / Vit K, D are really important because of the bone loss associated with menopause. It’s hard to get everything you need from your diet but that is the absolutely most important place to start!
